Hi, I'm Nikki.

Like many small business owners, I've spent years wearing multiple hats and balancing competing priorities. I've worked in business analysis, data analysis, marketing, reporting, and project leadership, helping organizations understand information, solve problems, and make informed decisions.

Over time, I realized that many small businesses face a similar challenge. They have access to more information than ever before, but very little time to sort through it. Marketing reports, social media metrics, website traffic, customer trends, and sales numbers can quickly become overwhelming.

That's why I started Tuffree Consulting.

My goal is simple: help small business owners understand what is happening, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions without adding more complexity to their day.

I combine practical marketing support, clear reporting, and business insight to provide information that is useful, understandable, and actionable.

My career has been built around helping organizations understand information, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.

Over the past two decades, I've worked in sales analytics, category management, consumer insights, business analysis, data analysis, reporting, and project leadership. I've supported organizations ranging from local businesses to national brands and large enterprise environments.
