Who We Are
Tuffree Consulting helps small businesses understand what is happening, why it may be happening, and what deserves attention next.
Most small businesses do not have an internal analyst, reporting team, or technology department. That leaves the owner trying to manage marketing, sales, customer information, systems, and day-to-day operations all at once.
We bring together business analysis, data analysis, reporting, cloud infrastructure, application development, and database expertise to give small businesses clearer information, stronger systems, and practical next steps.
Our role is not to make decisions for the business owner. We show what changed, what may be driving it, and what looks worth doing next. The owner decides what fits the business.
Meet Our Team
Nikki Tuffree - President
Nikki Tuffree is the President of Tuffree Consulting, where she helps small business owners turn scattered information into clear next steps. She brings 20 years of experience across sales analytics, consumer insights, business analysis, data analysis, reporting, systems integration, and project leadership.
Her career has included work with major retailers, national brands, healthcare organizations, and complex technology teams. She has analyzed customer and sales behavior, built reporting solutions, led business analysis teams, supported large system conversions, and translated technical information into practical recommendations for business leaders.
Nikki started Tuffree Consulting after seeing the same gap again and again. Large organizations have analysts, marketers, reporting specialists, and technical teams helping them understand what is happening. Most small business owners are expected to do all of that while also running the business.
She is known for asking the next question, finding the useful story behind the numbers, and explaining it in plain language. Her work focuses on what changed, what may be driving it, and what appears worth doing next. The business owner remains the decision-maker.
Nikki holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Edgewood College, and a Google Data Analytics certificate.
